Winter Storage
This section of the website provides information on rates, discounts, terms of business, the Winter Storage Reservation Form and instructions to assist in its completion.. We offer a $100.00* early reservation discount to customers who can make advance plans for winter storage. Additional discounts would be available if you elect to summer with us. You could be eligible for up to $12.00 /ft discount on your full service summer dockage at our marina or a $300 discount on your mooring.
If you would like to store with us this winter please complete and send in the attached storage form and your insurance certificate by September 7th with a $700.00 deposit to qualify for the $100.00 discount. If you are sending your deposit after September 7th we require an $800.00 deposit. Our updated rate sheet and an instruction sheet are included to assist you in filling out the form. Please give careful attention to the "Projected Spring Ready Date". This is the day you will be taking delivery of your vessel; it is not the launch date. The launch date may precede the ready date by up to three weeks.

Winter storage includes labor to haul, pressure wash, block, move
& launch boat. Travelift fee, pressure wash & jackstands included.
In-water stored boats will be charged short term storage after
14 days on land at Spring haul out. Minimum charge based on
275 sf. Boats not staying for summer season will be charged for
mooring or dockage after 10 days following completion of yard's
recommissioning work.
Winter storage does not include any decommissioning or
commissioning work, unstepping or stepping spars; rigging work
to haul in-water stored boats; removal or reinstallation of gear,
equipment, electronics, dinghy outboards, batteries or bottom
painting, etc.

Terms of Payment
An $800.00 non-refundable deposit for winter storage must accompany reservation with the balance due upon completion of lay up work. A non-refundable deposit of half the charges for season mooring or dockage must accompany reservation with the balance due on April 30.
All bills are due when rendered and must be paid prior to boat
leaving yard or marina.
A service handling charge of 1.5% per month will be made on all
accounts not paid within 30 days. This is equivalent to 19.61% per
annum. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
All yard work, storage and mooring or dockage rental accepted
subject to Terms of Business.

A copy of your current insurance certificate must accompany all storage reservation forms. We cannot process your storage reservation or extend the early reservation discount until we have it.

We also offer a storage rebate on winter service work. Up to free storage is possible for work booked before 18th January 2008.
